We are a small family owned business dating back 5 generations in Oklahoma

OBJECTIVE

TO PROVIDE PROFESSIONAL, TIMELY AND ETHICAL REAL ESTATE APPRAISAL SERVICES FOR RESIDENTIAL, COMMERCIAL, FARM AND RANCH PROPERTIES. OUR COMPANY SUBSCRIBES TO THE UNIFORM STANDARS OF PROFESSIONAL APPRAISAL PRACTICE (USPAP).

Lloyd Lentz Company is a 5th generation family owned and operated business, and has been based in Oklahoma all along. The real estate appraisal department was started in 1969 by Lloyd Lentz Jr. and has culminated in 3 generations of appraisers named Lloyd Lentz (Jr., III, and IV). Lloyd Lentz Jr. and Lloyd Lentz III worked in the appraisal profession for over 30 years, each. Lloyd Lentz IV, being the youngest generation to manage the family business has over 10 years of experience.
